All the work is handmade and accomplished by Benjamin Derouet based in Roanne, France.

Benjamin Derouet is graduated in electronics in 2004 and starts to make guitar pedals and tube amps in 2006 for his own and friends.

He played rock guitar and jazz piano in several bands over these years.

In 2016, he bought and discovered a large quantity of components and vintage stuff from an old radio repairer.

His first Clonemaster pedal is the well known Dallas Rangemaster with antique OC44 transistor. The difference with new transistors is such remarquable that he started to collect old components and made pedals with them.
